At run we use video gait analysis. This is just one of the method's we use to asess how you run or walk. This highlights any biomechanical abnormalities.
With the help of a correctly fitted shoe and a suggestion of technique and exercises, we can help you to get the best out of your running. Hopefully reducing injury, while improving performance and well being.
