Friday again... Has this year flown or what. Dry roads again yipeeee... 40 minute easy spin. Then off to the gym for a 30 minute power session. Cleans, push press, front squats, chest press, chins, calf raises, machine crunch, oblique raises and dumbell lateral raise x 3 sets. Now Im fully warmed up :-) its in the pool for one hour of swimming, focusing on hypoxic breathing.
Weekend off..... Much needed.
Really looking forward to my 1st easy brick session on Monday for a while, what with the calf issues this year.
